There is nothing more rare, nor more beautiful than a woman being unapologetically herself, comfortable in her perfect imperfection ~Hussein Nishah
WOMEN ARE AMAZING. YOU ARE AMAZING
In the many roles that you take on, you do so much for others. You might be a mother, partner, daughter, caretaker, sister, friend, coworker, leader, volunteer, and so much more. However, juggling so many roles means having a great deal of responsibility and at times this can be pretty overwhelming. And when you're overwhelmed you may feel anxious, discouraged, distraught or even fearful.
When this happens you might find that your worrying tends to increase, especially your "What if" thinking. And then your fear of not being good enough takes over. And because you're a people pleaser and don't want to upset or disappoint anyone, you tend to take on more and more responsibilities. And this means that you're always accommodating everyone else's needs because saying "NO" to others makes you feel guilty. Then you find yourself getting frustrated and feeling resentful towards others. And even though you have so much to do and are overwhelmed, you would NEVER ask for help. So you beat yourself up for not being able to do even more and what you are doing, is never by your standards, ever good enough. And while you can usually hold it all together and do what needs to be done, it's become too much lately. And this feels extremely uncomfortable, so you are reaching out hoping to find some balance and a sense of control.
Whether you are dealing with relationship concerns, parenting struggles, juggling home and work or school needs, struggling with infertility concerns or the loss of a child, or are experiencing a transition of some sort (divorce, changing jobs, ending a relationship, struggling with aging) you don't have to navigate these alone.
THERAPY CAN HELP.
Therapy can provide you with a supportive, empowering space to help alleviate your distress and discomfort. It's a place to explore your struggles, develop a deeper understanding and to create balance and inner wellbeing. It is a sacred space where you can find that connection with who you truly are and begin to make the changes you desire. And when you find your voice, begin to speak your truth, and step into your power, you will be able to move toward a life that is more meaningful and AUTHENICALLY defined by YOU. A life where you are more likely to find your joy, feel confident, hopeful and fulfilled.
